Hathernware pipe is made from specialised ceramic material which performs highly in applications subjected to intermittent discharges of hot and cold effluents.  This includes hospital sterilisation units, boiler blow down drains, laboratories, food processing and beverage production drainage systems which encounter temperature changes of up to 130°c. The Hathernware range includes bends, junctions and fittings in nominal diameters 150 - 300mm, manufactured to BS EN 295 and BS 65:1991 - Extra Chemical Resistance.

Thermal shock resistant properties and resistance to aggresive chemicals ensure Hathernware is ideal for industrial drainage. Hathernware is fully compatible with the Densleeve Vitrified Clay range, enabling custom drainage solutions that optimise the balance between performance and cost.
