Rocla Pipeline Products, a member of the Fletcher Building Group, has as of 1st January 2008 completed the full integration of CDS Technologies' stormwater business which it acquired in March 2007.

The acquisition of CDS Technologies has added an exciting range of products to Rocla's Water Quality business. These products include the award winning CDS® Unit gross pollutant trap, Filternator® fine filtration media system and X-Wave (pronounced "cross wave") stormwater screening system. Rocla Water Quality now offers the most comprehensive range of leading stormwater treatment, reuse and storage products in Australia. Rocla also has CDS Technologies licensing rights in New Zealand and Asia, giving it significant growth potential in these markets.

Rocla's national sales network now offers the full range of water quality products and services including all CDS Technologies® products. To maintain the strength of the CDS brand and to ensure continued development and support of CDS Technologies® products, Rocla established a national Water Quality support team made up of engineers, sales and technical staff including specialists who have many years experience supporting CDS Technologies® products.

"CDS Technologies has earned its reputation as one of the preferred technologies for stormwater gross pollution treatment among the majority of consultants and councils. Rocla is committed to building on this reputation by continuing to strengthen Rocla Water Quality as the leading solutions provider recognising stormwater management best practices," said Stephen Baker, General Manager, Rocla Pipeline Products.

The first step in specifying and purchasing a Rocla CDS® unit is now as simple as dialling national toll free number 131 004. Engineers and other technically trained staff are on hand to handle all your site specific or general enquiries and can advise on treatment performance, target pollutant solutions and hydraulic performance, as well as provide detailed designs and layouts if required.
